What you'll do

Lead project teams to meet customer requirements within allocated cost and schedule commitments.
Coordinate cost, schedule, and technical aspects of engineering projects based on program guidelines.
Manage project budgets and schedules while driving execution to achieve payment milestones.
Resolve engineering issues to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
Identify, track, and mitigate program-level risks and opportunities.
Estimate resource and material needs for specific products or projects.
Develop and manage project schedules using Earned Value (EV) indicators on DCMA surveilled programs.
Perform value stream mapping and other tasks to drive execution in a collaborative environment.

What we're looking for

Must be able to obtain a security clearance.
Active secret clearance required.
Bachelor's degree and relevant experience, or a graduate degree and related experience.
Minimum of 10 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
Experience leading DOD Government Contract development programs (preferred).
PMP certification, internal CAM/IPTL/PL certifications, or professional experience in these roles (preferred).
Experience with Earned Value management on DCMA surveilled programs.
U.S. citizens.
