Sr Specialist, IPTL Mechanical Engineer serves as a technical leader within the Space Systems team, overseeing subassembly and system integration and test engineering across optical, electrical, and mechanical assemblies. What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field with 6 years of experience; Graduate degree with 4 years; or 10 years experience without a degree.
At least 4 years of experience with mechanical detailed design, new product development, manufacturing processes, and MCAD modeling tools.
Professional experience leading a technical team.
Experience managing technical, cost, and schedule performance in a professional setting.
Active Top Secret/SCI (preferred).
Project Management certificate (preferred).
Experience with optical payload, space vehicle integration, testing, or complex system integration (preferred).
