Software Engineer (Front End), Retail and Marcom Engineering

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and ship production-ready React applications and components for thousands of users.
• Make technical decisions regarding component architecture, state management, and performance optimization.
• Lead code reviews and establish frontend best practices to maintain high code quality standards.
• Solve complex technical challenges including real-time data synchronization and performance optimization at scale.
• Build accessible and responsive interfaces for all devices and browsers.
• Contribute to technical planning and define the future of frontend infrastructure and tooling.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features from technical design through deployment and monitoring.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through pair programming and technical guidance.

What we're looking for

• BS in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent job-related experience.
• 5 years of experience using TypeScript, React, and Next.js in production applications.
• 4 years of experience using JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, or responsive layouts.
• 3 years of experience with web application testing practices or tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or code coverage instrumentation.
• 3 years of experience with JavaScript events, hooks, and state management solutions like Redux, Context API, MobX, or Zustand.
• 3 years of experience with application performance improvement techniques, optimization strategies, or caching solutions.
• Familiarity with modern build tools and module bundlers such as Webpack or Vite (preferred).
• Experience architecting or leading frontend migrations and refactors (preferred).
