Senior Software Engineer, GenAI Platform & Practice

What you'll do

• Develop automation, templates, and workflow patterns that encode SDLC best practices into reusable GenAI tools.
• Build or acquire validation tools to expand the capabilities of what GenAI can reliably automate in production.
• Design and run experiments to push the limits of GenAI-first development while defining success metrics.
• Integrate compliance, security, and quality validations directly into automated workflows.
• Refine and scale innovative patterns and orchestration designs discovered by vertical teams across the organization.
• Define the overarching GenAI operating model for engagement, construction, and measurement across engineering teams.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a related subject area or equivalent industry experience.
• 8+ years of prior software engineering experience.
• 1 year of experience defining and evolving GenAI development automation, templates, and workflow patterns.
• 1 year of experience building, acquiring, and specing validation tools for GenAI-first development.
• 1 year of experience designing and running experiments to push approach limits and define success metrics.
• 1 year of experience building compliance, security, and quality validations into automation.
• Demonstrated ability to adopt new development paradigms like infrastructure-as-code or CI/CD transformation.
• Experience in financial services, payments, or regulated technology domains is preferred.
