What you'll do

Architect and deliver GenAI-enabled applications using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or Haystack.
Develop end-to-end full-stack applications using Python (FastAPI/Flask) and React with TypeScript.

Design and implement RAG architectures, vector database integrations, and LLM orchestration pipelines.
Create and manage automated CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and data ETL/ELT workflows.
Mentor an engineering team while providing technical leadership on complex distributed systems.
Ensure model safety, data governance, and security compliance for all production AI deployments.
Implement automated monitoring, logging, and observability for high-throughput payment systems.

What we're looking for

Must have 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, 5+ years with an Advanced Degree, 2+ years with a PhD, or 11+ years of experience.
Must have experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, with an Advanced Degree, or with a PhD (preferred).
Must have hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Haystack, or AWS Bedrock GenAI tools.
Must have experience in Python backend development (FastAPI strongly preferred) and frontend development using React and TypeScript.
Must have experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, OpenSearch, etc.) and implementing RAG at scale.
Must have proven experience shipping products on AWS (Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, API Gateway, Bedrock, SageMaker).
Must have experience with Agile SDLC processes, SAFE agile environments, and CI/CD automation pipelines involving Jenkins.
Must have a strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, API design, and event-driven messaging systems like Kafka or Kinesis.
