Senior Consultant Software Engineer, Fullstack GenAI Enablement

What you'll do

• Architect and deliver GenAI-enabled applications using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or Haystack.
• Build reusable GenAI components, SDKs, and abstraction layers for internal engineering teams.
• Develop full-stack features using Python (FastAPI/Flask) for backends and React with TypeScript for frontends.
• Design and implement RAG architectures, vector database integrations, and LLM orchestration workflows.
• Construct data pipelines for AI systems including ETL processes and embedding generation.
• Manage the end-to-end CI/CD lifecycle using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Ensure model safety, explainability, and compliance with corporate security and data governance standards.
• Mentor a team of engineers while leading the design and deployment of scalable AI systems.

What we're looking for

• Must have 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 2+ years with a PhD, or 11+ years total experience.
• Preferred: experience with a Bachelor's, 7+ with an Advanced Degree, or 3+ with a PhD.
• Must have at least 8 years of software engineering experience and 2+ years leading or mentoring engineers.
• Experience building GenAI applications using frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, Haystack, or AWS Bedrock services is preferred.
• Proficiency in full-stack development including Python (FastAPI preferred), React, TypeScript, and distributed systems is preferred.
• Experience with vector databases, RAG architectures, and MLOps tools like MLFlow or Databricks/Spark is preferred.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud platforms like AWS is preferred.
• Experience in payments, risk, fraud analytics, or regulated financial systems is preferred.
