The Staff, Software Engineer - Python/GenAI joins the Associate Experience Platform team within the Enterprise People Technology segment. This role focuses on strengthening the GenAI experience platform by designing and developing critical platform capabilities. You will build reusable services, develop evaluation pipelines for semantic router data, and implement agent-to-agent communication protocols to orchestrate multiple GenAI agents. Key responsibilities include designing features for advanced semantic routing and maintaining production systems. You will utilize Python, FastAPI, Kafka, SSE, WebSocket, Git, and Docker. Preferred expertise includes Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, OpenAI API, and vector databases like Pinecone or FAISS. Hands-on experience designing and building Python-based web services in a production setting (FastAPI experience preferred).
Deep familiarity with version control using Git in collaborative team environments.
Comfort working with Linux environments and containerization technologies such as Docker.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 2 years of experience (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
