Senior Software Engineer, Developer Advocacy, GenAi

What you'll do

• Design and code robust demo applications, SDKs, and reference architectures for real-world GenAI use cases.
• Build production-ready proof-of-concept applications showcasing platform capabilities like autonomous agents and semantic search.
• Author high-quality technical content including code-heavy tutorials, architecture deep-dives, and blog posts.
• Represent the company at major AI/ML conferences, meetups, and hackathons.
• Test new APIs and features as "Customer Zero" to identify and fix friction points in the developer experience.
• Provide actionable product feedback to engineering teams based on community testing and developer needs.
• Engage with developers on platforms like GitHub and Slack to unblock issues and build community advocacy.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer, machine learning engineer, or technical developer advocate.
• Hands-on experience building applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Familiarity with the modern AI stack, including orchestration frameworks and vector databases.
• Deep expertise in Python and its ecosystem.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript for full-stack prototyping (preferred).
• Proven track record of writing clear technical content and presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Previous experience contributing to or maintaining open-source AI projects (preferred).
• Familiarity with model deployment, fine-tuning, or MLOps infrastructure (preferred).
