What you'll do

Lead the technical design and delivery of scalable services and data pipelines for audience segment data.
Own ingestion solutions from source onboarding through production, including data validation, normalization, and transformation.
Apply cloud engineering expertise to drive adoption of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native development.
Design and optimize Snowflake data models, queries, and workload-isolation strategies for high-volume datasets.
Engineer ingestion systems to meet specific service-level objectives for latency, throughput, accuracy, and recovery.
Establish and enforce test automation standards by designing comprehensive unit and integration test suites.
Serve as a technical thought leader for "buy vs. build vs. broker" evaluations and architectural reviews.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers by providing technical guidance and support for professional development.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
5-7 years of relevant work experience.
3+ years of hands-on experience coding in Golang, Rust, Node.js, Python, or Scala.
2+ years of experience with microservices, Kubernetes, or EKS (AWS or OCI).
2+ years of experience with enterprise cloud services such as S3, EMR, Glue, EC2, ECS, IAM, Lambda, CodeBuild, Athena, OCI Dataflow, Redis, ElasticSearch, RDS, Aurora, and Airflow.
Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, or similar automation tools.
Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience using data platforms such as Aerospike, Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, Presto, and EMR.
Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.
Experience working with distributed data systems (Snowflake or Spark strongly preferred).
Experience in the advertising industry, particularly in audience targeting, is a plus.
