What you'll do

Build and scale measurement infrastructure for outcome-based optimization across digital and linear channels.
Develop and improve attribution and performance models to quantify campaign outcomes and support reporting.
Integrate measurement metrics into buying and selling workflows through robust APIs, reporting tools, and user interfaces.
Support product capabilities including universal pixels, conversion APIs, clean-room data, and real-time processing.
Design and develop scalable software solutions using GoLang within a cloud-based microservices environment.
Create automated unit and integration tests to validate requirements and prevent defects in production.
Manage the ingestion of client and partner measurement data to support targeting and spend optimization.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
5 to 7 years of relevant work experience.
3+ years of hands-on programming experience with GoLang.
Experience with microservices and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or EKS.
Proficiency with at least one major cloud provider including services like S3, EC2, Lambda, and IAM.
Working knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Terraform.
Solid SQL skills with exposure to data platforms like Aerospike, Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, Presto, or EMR.
Experience in the advertising or audience targeting domain (preferred).
