What you'll do

Lead the design, development, and deployment of data and application integration solutions using Mulesoft.
Own the full software development lifecycle including analysis, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
Build and deploy LLM-based applications using prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG techniques.
Apply machine learning and AI techniques to optimize licensing workflows and predictive analytics.
Develop scalable data pipelines and integrations for licensing financial systems and AI-powered applications.
Optimize large, complex SQL statements and manage database operations for large-scale systems.
Mentor junior and contracted engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Stay current with emerging technologies in cloud-native development and AI to inform strategic decisions.

What we're looking for

A minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience developing data and application integration for large-scale systems.
Excellent programming skills in Java and Python.
Hands-on experience with API Gateways and management using Google Apigee.
Excellent database skills in SQL and stored procedures, including optimizing large, complex SQL statements.
Hands-on expertise in AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn and data pipelines.
Experience building and deploying LLM-based applications, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, vector databases, and embeddings.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration like Kubernetes.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
