What you'll do

Lead and manage the Audience Manager engineering team by providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development.
Design and develop software applications using Golang, gRPC, Python, and microservices deployed via HTTP.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and AWS CodeBuild.
Utilize AWS services and manage data analytics initiatives using Spark, Scala, and SQL.
Provide technical leadership in planning and designing architectural frameworks for TV platform advertising products.
Manage engineering budgets and drive cloud cost efficiency to maximize the value of technology investments.
Oversee the research, writing, and editing of technical requirements, documentation, and performance metrics.
Present and defend architectural, design, and technical choices to internal stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
7+ years of experience developing software for TV platform advertising products using Golang and gRPC.
At least 3 years of experience in AWS services, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, Spark, Scala, Python, and SQL.
Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and leading architectural design discussions.
Proven ability to foster collaboration, establish engineering processes, and align technical priorities with business requirements.
Snowflake experience (preferred).
Experience in ad tech, media, or data-intensive platforms (preferred).
