What you'll do

Design and develop scalable, resilient, and secure software services using modern engineering practices.
Lead small to medium engineering workstreams through the full software development life cycle.
Drive code quality by modeling coding standards, providing thorough reviews, and championing maintainable design.
Identify and implement technical improvements to modernize system structures and codebases.
Collaborate with architects and product owners to define technical roadmaps and long-term engineering strategies.
Mentor and coach junior developers and SDETs through pairing, feedback, and knowledge-sharing.
Lead automation and process-streamlining efforts to support operational excellence.
Build and maintain data models, database scripts, and migrations for large datasets and analytics.

What we're looking for

Must be a resident of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, NC, CA, or VA.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum five years of experience designing software and writing production code in a team environment required.
Demonstrated expertise in .NET, C#, Node.js with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, etc.), or Python required.
Deep experience in server-side/client-side web dev, REST services, large scale data analytics, networking, or service mesh required.
Expertise in SOLID principles, Object-Oriented Programming, SOA patterns, distributed systems, and Test Driven Development required.
Experience with public cloud (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud), CI/CD tools, YAML pipelines, and SQL/ETL processes required.
Experience with full-stack development, .NET Core, Java Spring Boot, or mobile technologies (preferred).
