Design and develop scalable, secure software using modern engineering practices.
Lead small to medium teams in designing, building, testing, and delivering system components.
Drive technical improvements by identifying opportunities to modernize design and code structures.
Mentor junior developers through pairing, feedback, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Implement automation and process-streamlining efforts to support operational excellence.
Contribute to defining technical direction and long-term engineering strategy with architects.
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience designing software and writing production code in a team environment.
Expertise with secure development practices and static code analysis tools.
Demonstrated ability to deliver scalable solutions using multiple programming languages and environments.
Deep knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud) and system administration automation.
Proficiency in continuous integration/delivery systems, build/deployment pipelines, and test-driven development concepts.
Experience with SQL, large datasets, data warehousing, ETL processes, and analytics engines.
Proven track record leading and collaborating within teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
