What you'll do

Develop and maintain air traffic control software using Ada95 and C++ on UNIX/Linux platforms.
Improve the availability and performance of the ERAM system through modernization efforts.
Support hardware, software, OS, and firmware migrations for the ERAM system.
Create automation scripts using KSH, PERL, and PYTHON to enhance software processes.
Develop new capabilities and upgrades for common services via the FlightDeck API.
Implement low-level communication software using TCP-IP, UDP, and SCTP protocols.
Integrate software and hardware components using Ansible playbooks and automation tools.
Leverage AI/ML concepts to improve software capabilities and development processes.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
4-8 years of work experience in a Computer Science related position.
Demonstrated software development skills and the ability to debug and solve problems.
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Flexibility in working across multiple software languages.
Experience in a technical organization performing software engineering tasks (preferred).
Previous software experience working on Air Traffic Control programs (preferred).
Leadership skills and experience (preferred).
