What you'll do

Architect multi-agent systems to analyze telemetry data and autonomously detect anomalies or predict failures across the satellite network.
Develop intelligent agents that reason through complex distributed systems to identify root causes with minimal human intervention.
Build RAG systems combining real-time telemetry with historical data and technical documentation for context-aware insights.
Implement reinforcement learning-based agents to optimize system performance parameters in real-time based on environmental conditions.
Design a scalable, cost-optimized S3-based Data Lakehouse to unify structured and unstructured data from the Leo constellation.
Build an OLAP-based analytics layer capable of delivering low single-digit-second query responses for near real-time analysis.
Architect a globally distributed vector database infrastructure to manage billions of embeddings with sub-100ms retrieval times.
Develop automated testing pipelines and evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance, accuracy, and reliability.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language.
5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems including patterns, reliability, and scaling.
Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
5+ years of full software development life cycle experience including coding standards, code reviews, and testing.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
