Software Development Engineer, Leo AI Foundations

What you'll do

• Deliver full stack contributions to build end-to-end operational intelligence systems.
• Design and implement multi-agent AI systems for monitoring and optimizing Leo's network health.
• Develop intelligent agents that reason across distributed systems to solve complex issues autonomously.
• Implement reinforcement learning-based agents to optimize system performance under various conditions.
• Build natural language interfaces combining real-time telemetry with historical data for context-aware interactions.
• Design scalable S3-based Data Lakehouse components with automated metadata management and lineage tracking.
• Implement globally distributed vector database infrastructure ensuring sub-100ms retrieval times.

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience in full-stack development including front-end, back-end, data infrastructure, and AI/ML.
• Proficient in designing and implementing multi-agent AI systems for real-time monitoring and optimization.
• Expertise in building natural language interfaces and RAG systems with real-time telemetry integration.
• Strong background in reinforcement learning and developing intelligent agents for distributed system coordination.
• Experience in scalable S3-based Data Lakehouse design, metadata management, and automated data classification.
• Skilled in implementing globally distributed vector database infrastructure with sub-second retrieval times.
• Knowledge of hybrid search strategies combining dense vectors with sparse representations for semantic retrieval.
