  • Establish evaluation frameworks and automated testing pipelines to measure agent performance, accuracy, and reliability.

What we're looking for

  • Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in design or architecture of new and existing systems including patterns, reliability, and scaling.
  • 1+ years of experience developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
  • 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience.
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience including coding standards, code reviews, and source control management.
