Senior Software Dev Engineer, ALG Software and Network Integration and Test

What you'll do

• Define the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for test automation frameworks and CI/CD-integrated tooling.
• Design and develop software tooling including test algorithms, scripts, calibration routines, and data visualization for hardware systems.
• Establish coding standards, reference architectures, and best practices for automation and infrastructure-as-code across the organization.
• Analyze large-scale test data to identify systemic trends and drive proactive improvements to reduce defect escape rates.
• Author technical design documents, test strategy white papers, and executive reports documenting performance metrics and KPIs.
• Lead root-cause investigations for test anomalies and systemic failures to define corrective actions in production environments.
• Identify infrastructure gaps and author proposals with cost-benefit analyses to drive multi-quarter implementation plans.
• Mentor junior engineers through technical design reviews, code reviews, and architecture discussions.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance of TS/SCI.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Master's degree in computer science or equivalent (preferred).
• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
• 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience (preferred).
