Senior Signal Integrity and Power Integrity Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop SIPI collateral to support system integration of new technologies.
• Define and develop Signal and Power Integrity test methodologies.
• Perform SI and PI simulations using EM simulation tools.
• Participate in schematic and hardware design reviews.
• Validate designs through hands-on lab testing using VNAs and oscilloscopes.
• Provide technical reports on signal and power integrity performance.
• Ensure a high technical bar for hardware designs across the Amazon Leo project.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.
• 5+ years of experience in signal integrity design and simulation of high-speed interfaces such as DDR, Ethernet, JESD, and PCIe.
• Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans, and functional test procedures.
• Hands-on experience using EM SIPI simulation tools such as ANSYS, ADS, Hyperlynx, or Sigrity.
• Experience using VNAs, oscilloscopes, and high-fidelity probing techniques.
• Experience participating in schematic and design reviews.
• Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent (preferred).
