What you'll do

Develop and support testing of components from subsystems to full spacecraft to determine flight suitability.
Define and implement organization-wide test strategies to mitigate product risks for stakeholders.
Collaborate with avionics, payload, and software teams to gather requirements and design test plans.
Own vehicle-level test campaigns to ensure spacecraft are thoroughly tested and ready for launch.
Develop complex test automation sequences using scripting languages such as Python and MATLAB.
Create innovative hardware and processes to optimize and improve testing capabilities.
Build novel test infrastructure to scale production testing for thousands of satellites.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline.
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
5+ years of hands-on testing experience.
5+ years of experience in design and/or validation of hardware systems.
5+ years of experience in a development environment.
5+ years of experience developing and executing test plans for complex aerospace, automotive, or consumer electronics systems.
2+ years of scripting or programming experience using languages such as Python, MATLAB, or C.
Experience developing test strategies and plans for complex hardware/software systems or systems of systems.
