What you'll do

Develop and support testing for components ranging from subsystems to full spacecraft to determine flight suitability.
Define and implement organization-wide test strategies to mitigate product risks for stakeholders.
Collaborate with avionics, payload, and software teams to gather requirements and design complex test plans.
Own vehicle-level test campaigns to ensure spacecraft are thoroughly tested and ready for launch.
Develop complex test automation sequences using scripting languages such as Python.
Create innovative hardware and processes to optimize and improve overall testing capabilities.
Design, execute, and analyze RF/payload testing including link budget validation and performance characterization.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in hardware design and validation of components, subsystems, and systems.
3+ years of experience developing and executing test plans for complex aerospace, automotive, or consumer electronics systems.
3+ years of experience in a development environment.
2+ years of scripting or programming experience using Python, MATLAB, or C.
Experience developing test strategies and plans for complex hardware/software systems or systems of systems.
Experience with satellite hardware integration and testing, including knowledge of GEVS or SMC-S-016 standards.
