What you'll do

  • Perform daily administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and tuning of complex SAP production environments.
  • Lead and execute technical projects related to SAP upgrades, implementations, and enhancements across various modules.
  • Manage SAP Basis, Hana, and BTP administration including infrastructure, SSO setup, and SSL certificate handling.
  • Conduct capacity planning, performance monitoring, and tuning for SAP systems and GCP/AWS cloud-hosted servers.
  • Implement and maintain SAP software at an enterprise level, including migrations and high availability/disaster recovery.
  • Develop standards, procedures, and documentation for the SAP environment to optimize performance and scalability.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to application teams during development and implementation projects.
  • Research new software tools and proactively recommend improvements to the SAP ecosystem.

What we're looking for

  • 8-12 years of experience (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (preferred).
  • Act as an SAP Technology SME for SAP Basis, Hana, and BTP administration.
  • Lead and perform technical hands-on projects for SAP upgrades, implementations, and enhancements.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of SAP BRIM CC, BRIM CM, Infrastructure, SSO setup, CTS+, and SSL certificates.
  • Perform daily administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and tuning of complex SAP production environments.
  • Provide expertise on SAP and DB performance, HA/DR, and scalability.
  • GCP/AWS cloud experience (preferred).
