What you'll do

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients transitioning to the Azure SaaS platform.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of onboarding system analysts to ensure successful software implementations.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for technical and operational issues within the Azure SaaS team.
  • Perform database investigations, performance diagnostics, and basic administration across RDBMS environments.
  • Provide technical oversight on issue resolution involving C#, Java, FIX, Ansible, ETL, and Cloud Platforms.
  • Plan and oversee system upgrades and infrastructure implementations for CR IMS and related services.
  • Coordinate with service partners and vendors to ensure seamless integration and high-quality service delivery.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • 8+ years of experience managing and supporting mission-critical SaaS production software.
  • 12+ years of experience in investment software and technical environments.
  • Experience with financial trading applications such as Charles River IMS, OMS, or other middle/back-office systems.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), RDBMS, and infrastructure including high-availability systems and disaster recovery.
  • Understanding of FIX protocol and integration with exchanges like CME, LCH, ICE, or Bloomberg.
  • Experience mentoring technical teams and managing client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
