Sr. Prototyping Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and build end-to-end functional prototypes for new home product concepts.
• Integrate multimodal sensor systems into prototype hardware to enhance functionality.
• Develop perception and on-device intelligence pipelines using machine learning models.
• Write low-level firmware and develop applications for custom hardware and RTOS.
• Create polished, intuitive user interfaces suitable for executive review and demos.
• Collaborate with industrial designers and ML researchers to achieve project goals.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of hands-on experience designing and integrating hardware-software systems.
• Strong foundation in mathematics including linear algebra, probability, statistics, and signal processing.
• Proficiency in Swift, C/C++, and Python for systems-level or embedded development.
• Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt skillset as project needs evolve.
• Experience with rapid prototyping of custom hardware and software into functional proof-of-concept systems.
