Senior Program Manager, Business Systems & Tooling

What you'll do

• Embed with stakeholder teams to identify pain points and proactively suggest improvements for tools and automation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for new requests by gathering context and defining underlying needs.
• Translate complex stakeholder requirements into scoped, documented tasks with clear success criteria for engineering teams.
• Manage and communicate the internal systems roadmap while balancing urgent requests against long-term quality-of-life improvements.
• Lead intake, backlog grooming, and status communication processes to ensure work visibility across the organization.
• Evaluate the salestech landscape to assess emerging tools and manage vendor assessments, procurement, and renewals.
• Analyze build-vs-buy tradeoffs based on cost, integration complexity, and maintenance requirements for internal systems.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, business systems analysis, or a similar role.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and the surrounding GTM systems ecosystem.
• Experience at a company with a complex, multi-product go-to-market involving integrated CRM and salestech tools.
• Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous stakeholder requests into scoped, prioritized, and well-documented work.
• Experience supporting vendor evaluation, procurement, or renewal processes (preferred).
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or another regulated industry (preferred).
• Familiarity with SQL or data analysis tools for self-serving system and business data (preferred).
• Exposure to marketing automation or martech platforms such as Braze or HubSpot (preferred).
