What you'll do

Lead, mentor, and empower a team of Technical Program Managers to deliver high-impact programs.
Drive execution of complex, cross-platform programs through planning, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
Execute and iterate on the team's vision, strategy, and roadmap to ensure value-driven results.
Champion continuous improvement in program management processes, tools, and delivery outcomes.
Manage end-to-end program execution while ensuring seamless platform integration across global business units.
Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and high-level communications.
Advise and influence technical discussions and decisions to align cross-functional teams.

What we're looking for

At least 6 years of experience in the software development industry.
At least 2 years of people management experience, specifically managing a team of Technical Program Managers or program leads.
Proven ability to lead complex, multi-team programs with cross-team dependencies from concept through deployment.
Prior experience working as a Scrum Master with a solid understanding of Agile ceremonies and execution practices.
Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle and general system architecture concepts.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience improving or scaling program management processes, tooling, or team workflows (preferred).
