Senior Product Designer

What you'll do

• Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences for complex digital products from problem framing to prototyping.
• Plan and lead user research and usability testing to create tangible design assets.
• Synthesize data into clear problem statements, service blueprints, and strategic design recommendations.
• Establish and contribute to design standards and reusable patterns to ensure consistency across the platform.
• Define agentic layers and experiences across Johnson & Johnson products and services.
• Translate ambiguous business challenges and complex workflows into actionable, simplified design solutions.
• Use data to identify opportunities for continuous product improvement and clarify problems to be solved.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in product design or an adjacent field.
• 5+ years of experience in user experience, digital product design, or a related field.
• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work, interaction and visual craft, use of AI tools, and evidence of impact.
• Proficiency in Figma and agile product development practices.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to explain decision making to business partners.
• Experience working on cross-functional teams and influencing decisions without direct authority.
• Experience using journey mapping, service blueprinting, or related service design methods for complex experiences.
• Experience designing for healthcare, complex workflows, or regulated environments (preferred); familiarity with AI-enabled technologies (preferred).
