What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in human-computer interaction, graphic design, visual design, industrial design, information architecture, information systems, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
9+ years of professional experience in product design for enterprise, platform, SaaS, and digital experiences.
1+ year of management experience leading product design teams.
Expert proficiency in Figma including AI-enabled prototyping, design systems architecture, governance, and component libraries.
Deep expertise in AI-driven design concepts including human-AI interaction patterns, prompt engineering, and responsible AI principles.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and conduct executive-level discussions to align product strategy with business outcomes.
Advanced degree (MBA, MS in business strategy, design, innovation, or related) (preferred).
Experience in healthcare, pharmacy operations, supply chain, or predictive analytics domains (preferred).
