As a Senior Product Designer on the ArsenalOS Design team, you will serve as a generalist contributor focused on bridging technical processes with business workflows within industrial and defense manufacturing systems. What you'll do

Design intuitive interfaces that connect technical systems and business functions to improve process efficiency and reporting.
Own information architecture, user flows, and lightweight design PRDs before the implementation phase begins.
Determine when to create new designs versus reusing existing system patterns to ensure a cohesive product experience.
Rapidly prototype and iterate on high-quality visual and interaction designs at speed.
Manage all aspects of design execution from initial discovery through final implementation and ongoing support.
Translate complex supply chain and manufacturing processes into simple, usable interfaces for internal and external users.
Create scalable components that function consistently across various device types and operational environments.
Conduct on-site research in production environments to gather firsthand insights into user needs and workflows.

What we're looking for

Must have at least 6 years of software design experience.
Must possess an online portfolio demonstrating multimodal experiences.
Must demonstrate mastery of visual and interaction design craft including micro-interactions and animations.
Must be able to create scalable components for various devices and environments.
Must have experience developing and implementing design systems.
Must be comfortable designing by building runnable prototypes in a real codebase.
Must be able to travel once a quarter to production lines for on-site research.
Must be able to communicate design decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
