The Product Designer joins the product organization to execute end-to-end design for AI-enabled, user-centric experiences across Pharmacy Management, Clinical Service, and Inventory Optimization technology products. This role involves translating complex customer needs into intuitive workflows and scalable designs while managing research insights from discovery through launch. The designer will build cross-portfolio design systems, create reusable frameworks, and leverage Figma and other AI-powered tools to enhance team productivity and product quality. Key technical requirements include expertise in Figma, AI-enabled prototyping, human-AI interaction patterns, prompt design, and design system architecture. The role focuses on solving complex problems within the healthcare domain, specifically addressing pharmacy operations and supply chain challenges. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and usability across a diverse portfolio of enterprise, platform, and SaaS products.
Execute end-to-end design for AI-enabled product experiences across web, mobile, and other channels from discovery to launch.
Translate complex user needs into intuitive workflows, interaction models, and scalable solutions aligned with product strategy.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to synthesize behavioral data into actionable design recommendations.
Define and maintain cross-portfolio design systems to ensure consistency in components, accessibility standards, and interaction patterns.
Utilize Figma AI and other advanced tools to accelerate design efficiency and integrate AI-driven frameworks into the workflow.
Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to translate complex business problems into human-centered designs.
Create and operationalize AI-enabled design workflows and automation capabilities to increase team production speed.
Communicate design recommendations and technical insights to leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in human-computer interaction, graphic design, visual design, industrial design, information architecture, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
4+ years of progressive experience in product design for enterprise, platform, SaaS, or digital experiences.
Experience executing end-to-end product design for complex technical product portfolios from discovery to launch.
Proficiency in Figma including AI-enabled prototyping, design systems architecture, governance, component libraries, and tokens.
Expertise in AI-enabled product design including human-AI interaction patterns, prompt design, and responsible AI principles.
Ability to create scalable design frameworks, standards, and interaction patterns while managing design consistency.
Strong communication and storytelling skills to translate technical insights into executive-ready narratives.
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without need for employer sponsorship.
