Product Designer

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end user experience design from initial discovery through final implementation.
• Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs using Figma.
• Conduct and analyze user research to define problem statements and design solutions.
• Use data, A/B testing, and advanced analytics to validate design choices and iterate.
• Integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive efficiency in design strategy.
• Lead agile design initiatives and represent the design team in cross-functional ceremonies.
• Track key metrics such as customer retention, usage, and revenue impact to measure success.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and professional support.

What we're looking for

• Master’s degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, HCI, Industrial Design, Psychology, Media/Communication Design, or a related field.
• A Bachelor's degree plus five years of progressive experience is accepted as an alternative to a Master's degree.
• At least one year of experience as an Industrial Designer, UX Designer, Product Designer, or related role.
• One year of experience must include using Figma, Maze, User Research, Wireframing and Prototyping, and Interaction Design.
• Experience leading user experience for products from discovery to implementation.
• Ability to lead agile design initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Proficiency in conducting user research, drafting usability test plans, and creating high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes.
• Ability to use data and A/B testing to validate design choices and inform product strategy.
