What you'll do

Manage daily C2BMC-G activities to ensure the availability, quality, and security of mission-critical systems.
Monitor system health and provide real-time status reports to leadership regarding network performance.
Recommend appropriate courses of action to leadership based on accurate data and system reports.
Ensure crew members are properly trained and certified to execute assigned missions safely.
Manage shift staffing, conduct changeover briefings, and verify proper manning levels for the team.
Develop and guide the assessment of Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) for service administration.
Brief program management and customer leadership on technical system issues using tools like Visio and PowerPoint.
Oversee the operations and maintenance of large-scale computer systems and enterprise networks.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of experience, a Master's degree plus 6 years of experience, or 12 years of relevant work experience.
Must possess a current, active, in-scope Government-issued Top Secret security clearance at the time of application.
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business needs.
Experience managing personnel for operations and maintenance of large-scale computer and communication systems or networks.
Knowledge of managing enterprise networks, systems, and cyber defense capabilities.
Ability to develop Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) and Operating Instructions (OIs) for service administration.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and JIRA.
Experience liaising with other Government Agencies or working within the space domain (preferred).
