What you'll do

Perform real-time system monitoring and operations of C2BMC systems in a 24x7 environment.
Provide first-level technical support for local C2BMC hardware, software, and network issues.
Document and report events to the Watch Officer while executing tasking from the Command Center.
Assist with hardware and software installations as directed by local subject matter experts.
Create and maintain user accounts following established cybersecurity and access-control practices.
Collaborate with system and network administrators to maintain a stable and secure environment.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 2 years of experience, a Master’s degree, or 6 years of relevant work experience.
Current, active Government-issued 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher.
Current, active in-scope Government-issued Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Demonstrated experience in operations and maintenance of large-scale computer and communications systems or networking environments.
Experience in system and/or network administration involving UNIX/Linux, Windows, Cisco, or Juniper.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work a rotating 24x7 shift schedule including nights and weekends.
Current, active in-scope Government-issued Top Secret security clearance (preferred).
Experience and knowledge of C2BMC or other Missile Defense Systems (preferred).
Prior experience in a 24x7 operations/watch-floor or command-and-control environment (preferred).
Familiarity with DoD cyber, network operations, or missile defense mission (preferred).
