What you'll do

Perform real-time monitoring and operations of C2BMC systems in a 24x7 environment.
Provide first-level technical support for warfighters by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Document, track, and report system events and issues to the C2BMC Watch Officer.
Execute tasking and directions from the Command Center for operations, testing, and real-world events.
Assist with hardware and software installations as directed by local subject matter experts.
Create and maintain user accounts following established cybersecurity and access-control practices.
Work with system and network administrators to maintain a stable, secure, and high-availability environment.

What we're looking for

Must possess a current, active Government-issued Secret security clearance at the time of application.
Must hold an active Government-issued 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (e.g., Security+, CCNA Security, CISSP).
A Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2 years of experience is required.
A Master's degree in a related field is accepted as an alternative to the Bachelor's plus experience.
6 years of relevant work experience may be considered as an alternative to a degree.
Must have demonstrated experience in operations and maintenance of large-scale computer and communications systems/networking environments.
Experience in system or network administration including UNIX, Linux, Windows, Cisco, or Juniper is required.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
