Senior Principal Cyber Operations Planner

What you'll do

• Provide floor leadership for 24x7 operations to maintain a disciplined and mission-focused environment.
• Oversee the health, readiness, and security of the global C2BMC enterprise and mission systems.
• Direct operations and maintenance, network monitoring, and cyber-defensive activities for mission systems.
• Make day-to-day operational decisions regarding command and control and information sharing.
• Maintain a comprehensive, real-time status picture of all systems and provide regular reports to leadership.
• Ensure crew members are appropriately trained, certified, and mission-ready for all shifts.
• Direct crews to troubleshoot network issues and support cyber-defensive operations as needed.
• Coordinate with government leadership to communicate operational impacts, risks, and mission requirements.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 8 years of experience, a Master’s with 6 years, or 12 years of experience without a degree.
• Must possess a current, active in-scope Government-issued Secret security clearance at the time of application.
• Must be able to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
• Experience in Project Management, Planning, and Resource Management, including managing crews in high-tempo environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading personnel in operations and/or maintenance of large-scale computer and communications systems/networking.
• Experience or knowledge of enterprise network, systems, and cyber defense capabilities and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, plus experience briefing senior leaders on complex technical issues.
• Current, active in-scope Government-issued Top Secret security clearance (preferred).
• Experience liaising with other DoD agencies and associated Missile Defense Systems operations/organizations (preferred).
• Experience with U.S. Space Force, USSTRATCOM, or working within the space domain (preferred).
• Prior experience in a global or enterprise-level operations center supporting C2, network operations, or missile defense missions (preferred).
