Senior Principal Cyber Operations Planner

What you'll do

• Provide floor leadership for 24/7 command center operations to maintain a disciplined, mission-focused environment.
• Oversee the health, status, and security of the global C2BMC enterprise systems.
• Manage day-to-day operations, network monitoring, and cyber-defense activities for missile defense mission systems.
• Make real-time operational decisions regarding command and control and information sharing on the floor.
• Ensure all crew members are properly trained, certified, and prepared for their assigned shifts.
• Provide accurate and timely reports to leadership regarding system status and recommended courses of action.
• Direct crews in troubleshooting network issues and executing cyber-defensive operations as needed.
• Coordinate with government leadership to communicate operational impacts, risks, and resource requirements.

What we're looking for

• Applicants must have an active, in-scope Government-issued Secret security clearance at the time of application.
• A Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience, a Master's degree with 6 years of experience, or 12 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Candidates must possess excellent communication and presentation skills to brief senior military and government leaders on complex issues.
• Experience in project management, planning, and resource management in high-tempo environments is required.
• Demonstrated experience leading personnel in the operations and maintenance of large-scale computer and communications systems is required.
• Knowledge of enterprise network, systems, and cyber defense capabilities and management is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.
• Ability to work a rotating 24x7 shift schedule including nights and weekends is required.
