What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years of applied experience.
Practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Expertise in one or more programming languages.
Demonstrated experience designing and scaling agentic AI-enabled development patterns across teams and functions.
Strong understanding of responsible AI use, security/resiliency implications, and risk-based governance at scale.
Experience applying expertise to solve complex technology problems across various technical disciplines.
Extensive practical cloud native experience.
Experience in large, regulated environments or with identity and access management technologies (preferred).
