What you'll do

Create and own technical product designs and system architectures.
Design and engineer application service solutions using cloud, containerization, and CI/CD.
Develop and shape a departmental-wide technical vision for the future.
Partner with product management to craft product strategy and technology roadmaps.
Work with customers to understand their needs and improve products.
Coach and mentor team members as a senior point of expertise.
Support risk management by protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.

What we're looking for

Candidates must independently possess the eligibility to work in the United States.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
Fifteen or more years of experience in designing and developing complex software projects.
At least eight or more years of experience in the FinTech domain.
1-2 years of experience implementing cloud application solutions using containerization, CI/CD, and automated testing.
Proven track record designing and building complex end-to-end systems as a full stack developer.
Hands-on experience with Java RESTful Web Services, Microservices Architecture, Spring Boot, Kafka, Oracle PL/SQL, or JavaScript.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, LEAN, and DevOps practices.
