What you'll do

Architect, design, develop, test, and debug software applications using Java, C#, and React.
Design and model relational databases and develop performant SQL queries for transactional environments.
Build independent, cloud-native services and APIs following modern development principles.
Develop and maintain the software infrastructure for automated product validation and test automation.
Implement BDD/ATDD capabilities to shift testing and automation as far left as possible in the lifecycle.
Improve CI/CD models by reducing testing cycle times and enhancing automation architecture.
Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance through code reviews and architectural leadership.
Manage team members and lead cross-functional initiatives to drive common technical solutions.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
10 years of experience in professional software engineering.
8 years of experience with Core and Enterprise Java technologies, including multi-threading and performant algorithms.
10 years of experience developing extensible software modules using object-oriented development and SOLID principles.
5 years of experience developing solutions in highly transactional environments involving database concurrency.
5 years of experience with various automation tools and 2 years of experience in Microservices and Web services testing.
2 years of technical leadership experience in guiding, coaching, and mentoring team members.
Experience with C#, React, SQL Server, PowerShell, Jenkins, GIT, and Azure cloud projects.
