JOB TITLE: Principal Software Engineer
As a Principal Software Engineer, you will join the team responsible for the foundational domains of the Team Suite products, specifically Payroll and Team Management. You will lead the architectural design and technical execution of these systems, which enable restaurant owners to manage staff, schedules, and tax payments. Your daily responsibilities include owning the architecture for authentication, authorization, and organizational hierarchy while driving the transformation of a traditional SaaS platform into an agentic system-of-action. You will mentor developers, champion development best practices, and lead large end-to-end initiatives. The role requires expertise in Java, Kotlin, React, microservices, API design patterns, and data analytics.
