What you'll do

Oversee and lead the reliable operations of multi-user computer systems in support of classified government contracts.
Analyze customer requirements to determine necessary equipment and software solutions for technical problems.
Implement system enhancements, including automation, patching, monitoring, and configuration management to improve performance.
Manage file systems, disk space, virus protection, and ensure reliable backup and recovery services.
Test new product releases to ensure compatibility and minimize impact on end users.
Develop and document technical processes and procedures for the organization.
Troubleshoot complex issues across hardware, firmware, software, networks, and operating systems.
Mentor professionals to develop and grow internal technical talent.

What we're looking for

Must possess an Associate’s degree with 10 years experience, Bachelor’s with 8 years, Master’s with 6 years, or PhD with 4 years.
A High School diploma and 12 years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
Must have an active U.S. Government Secret level security clearance or be enrolled in the DoD Continuous Evaluation Program.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Special Access Program (SAP/SAR) clearance.
Must hold a valid Security+ certification meeting U.S. Government 8140 requirements.
Experience designing and maintaining Windows domain architectures, including Active Directory, GPOs, policies, and permissions in a classified environment.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
Experience with Windows Server Administration, networking (Cisco), scripting, or RMF/STIG environments (preferred).
