Senior People Analytics Analyst

What you'll do

• Translate ambiguous business questions from stakeholders into structured analysis blueprints and success benchmarks.
• Deliver high-quality insights to inform organizational strategy, roadmaps, and employee engagement metrics.
• Design optimized data models and clean, structured data layers to enable rapid analysis.
• Develop custom internal web applications and automated reporting tools using Python, Flask, and Streamlit.
• Integrate Generative AI tools and APIs to automate complex analytical workflows and extract insights.
• Build and maintain clean, documented codebases while following analytics best practices.
• Create intuitive dashboards in Tableau or Looker to provide self-service visual narratives for users.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or analytical field like Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Analytics.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data engineering, or a similar role in a corporate environment.
• 3+ years of experience with strong SQL expertise to write complex, efficient queries on large production datasets.
• Hands-on experience building lightweight applications and analytical tools using frameworks like Streamlit and Flask.
• Proficiency with industry-standard BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker.
• Fluency in Python to clean, manipulate large datasets, and apply automation or machine learning capabilities (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to work with modern Generative AI tools and APIs to build intelligent applications and automate workflows (preferred).
• Experience in People Analytics, HR data, HCM systems, experimental design, or statistical analysis (preferred).
