Senior Payload Integration & Test

What you'll do

• Define and execute test plans for lab and RF chamber testing of satellite subsystems.
• Analyze and optimize end-to-end RF communications systems, including antenna and measurement equipment configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to validate system-level operations from concept through execution.
• Interpret test results, perform root cause analysis, and document findings for payload subsystems.
• Mitigate self-interference issues in RF systems to ensure optimal performance of satellite payloads.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of experience in RF design and verification with launched products.
• Deep expertise in testing and validating complex wireless systems from baseband to antennas.
• Proven ability to collaborate across diverse technical teams for system-level validation.
• Strong background in defining and executing comprehensive test plans for lab and on-orbit scenarios.
• Experience in mitigating self-interference issues and optimizing RF link budgets.
• Extensive knowledge of configuring automated test equipment for satellite communications.
