What you'll do

Drive manufacturing readiness across all development phases and own critical operations milestones.

Lead cross-functional initiatives involving manufacturing engineering, hardware R&D, quality, and supply chain teams.
Manage complex program budgets and implement strategic cost optimization strategies.
Coordinate production line establishment, qualification, and continuous improvement processes.
Navigate hardware development journeys by coordinating production line qualifications and driving yield improvements.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
Master's degree in a related technical field (preferred).
5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
4+ years of hardware development, test lab, space/aerospace maintenance, or hands-on engineering environment experience (preferred).
Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates.
