Senior Manager, Product Support

What you'll do

• Supervise engineers troubleshooting complex issues where standard procedures fail to fix EI systems or software.
• Maintain communication channels with design engineering and software development regarding reliability and maintenance issues.
• Ensure all engineers are trained on the latest product upgrades and new releases.
• Participate in customer installation and training programs.
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient team operations.
• Manage the day-to-day work, performance reviews, and professional development of direct reports.
• Mentor high-potential employees to build a stronger internal team.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment support.
• 6+ years of experience in a people management capacity.
• Proficiency with Linux systems, including command-line tools, scripting, and server management.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and build relationships in a multicultural environment.
• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as required.
