What you'll do

Oversee technical support for customers involving complex electro-mechanical, computer, software, and networking systems.

Establish and maintain communication lines with design engineering and software development regarding reliability and maintenance.
Ensure all engineers remain current with the latest product upgrades and new releases.
Participate in customer installation and training programs.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
6-8 years of management experience.
Advanced degree (preferred).
Experience overseeing technical support for complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, software, or networking systems.
Experience supervising engineers in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing non-functioning equipment or software.
Ability to establish and maintain communication with design engineering and software development teams.
Experience selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel.
