8 years of experience providing technical leadership for cloud-native platforms, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, reliability engineering, or security-focused initiatives.
Hands-on experience managing enterprise production systems in public or private clouds with Docker and Kubernetes.
Deep expertise in at least one programming language (Java or Golang preferred).
Proficiency in one or more scripting languages such as Unix Shell, Python, Jenkins/Groovy, or Go.
Experience in implementing DevOps practices and tools to drive environment automation (preferred).
Experience with distributed databases, high frequency transactions, or the financial services domain (preferred).
