What you'll do

Build and maintain software, data pipelines, and dashboards to measure cloud spend and infrastructure utilization.
Translate budgets and unit economics into actionable engineering requirements and measurable optimization initiatives.
Analyze cloud workloads to identify cost anomalies and opportunities for improving resource placement and storage.
Implement AI-enabled solutions to automate repetitive operational work and improve forecasting and anomaly detection.
Design and deliver scalable, secure services using cloud-native patterns, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD.
Create integrations between engineering telemetry, cloud billing data, and financial planning inputs to ensure data quality.
Support capacity planning, cost allocation, and forecasting processes to improve financial accountability across teams.
Develop automated tests and troubleshoot production issues to ensure solutions meet security and compliance standards.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5-7 years of relevant work experience.
3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience using Python, Go, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, Rust, or Scala.
Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI) and knowledge of cloud billing or cost-management.
Working knowledge of CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Terraform.
Experience with microservices, containers, and orchestration platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, or OKE.
Strong SQL skills and exposure to data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, Presto, EMR, PostgreSQL, or Aerospike.
Experience building dashboards, automated reporting, or observability solutions using tools like Datadog, Prometheus, ELK, Grafana, or BI platforms.
LLM/RAG/MCP and Agentic AI (preferred).
Experience with FinOps, cloud cost optimization, forecasting, AI-assisted engineering, or advertising and audience platforms (preferred).
Adtech or Advertising industry experience (preferred).
