What you'll do
Independently lead and manage end-to-end initiatives as a business partner and technical architect.
Design scalable solutions within the ServiceNow platform for GRC, SecOps, and Legal Service Delivery modules.
Document current-state privacy workflows and translate them into ServiceNow Privacy Management requirements.
Manage relationships with process owners and handle day-to-day escalations across various domains.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support change and release lifecycle management in ServiceNow.
What we're looking for
8+ years of experience in IT Risk Management, GRC, Security Operations, or Compliance domains.
Proven proficiency in at least two areas: GRC, SecOps, Third-Party Risk, Privacy, Legal Service Delivery.
Strong techno-functional skills to translate complex business needs into actionable Agile stories with precise acceptance criteria.
Experience leading platform migration or consolidation initiatives.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or relevant GRC certifications such as CRISC, CISA, or CISM.
Familiarity with Privacy Management tools like OneTrust and experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
