The University of Miami Health System is seeking a Full-Time Manager, ServiceNow Product Owner to lead the strategic direction and optimization of the ServiceNow platform for enterprise-wide IT service delivery. Manages the iterative lifecycle of ServiceNow products from conception to maintenance.
Champions product adoption by defining clear goals and KPIs for customer value.

Analyzes data to identify successful plans and new product opportunities.
Defines and prioritizes the product backlog, translating requirements into user stories.
Collaborates with cross-functional partners to define and execute go-to-market activities.
Establishes and assesses internal controls for compliance with University policies.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
ServiceNow certification (Application Specialist, Architect, Developer, or Systems Administrator) required.
Minimum five years of experience with ServiceNow.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Agile Methodology concepts.
Experience partnering with stakeholders to customize and enhance ServiceNow.
Strong oral and written communication skills and attention to detail.
Project management skills including Agile methodology.
