The Sr Manager, Product Management - Corporate Surveillance joins the Corporate eComms Surveillance team to bridge the gap between regulatory necessity and cutting-edge technology. You will be responsible for ensuring robust detection of market abuse and conduct risk while creating exhaustive functional specifications, logic workflows, and BRDs. You must translate nuanced compliance requirements into engineering blueprints and act as the technical lead for presentations to external legal counsel and regulatory bodies. Key competencies include eComms subject matter expertise, strategic compliance vision, and integrated problem solving. You will manage complex roadmaps to ensure capital markets clients remain compliant in a scrutinized global market.

What we're looking for
Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a Bachelor's in any field with 4 years of Product Management experience.
Possess eComms subject matter expertise in monitoring email, chat (Bloomberg, Slack, Teams), and voice for market abuse and conduct risk.
Act as a technical lead for high-stakes presentations to external legal counsel and regulatory bodies.
Create exhaustive functional specifications, logic workflows, and business requirement documents (BRDs).
Partner with internal legal and risk teams to anticipate and address shifting global regulations.
Demonstrate proficiency in human-centered design, business focus, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
