The Sr Manager, Product Management - HR Products & Data joins the People Data leadership team as an individual contributor to own the strategy, discovery, and implementation of a next-generation Fine-Grain Access Control solution. This role involves building a secure, scalable solution from the ground up to enforce the principle of least privilege across the enterprise HR data ecosystem. You will define the future state of data access by driving the implementation of a consistent Attribute-Based Access Control model. Key responsibilities include partnering with eData platforms including OneStream, OneLake, and Snowflake to protect sensitive international workforce data. The position requires expertise in data governance and security to solve complex problems regarding geography, sensitivity, and data domain while ensuring global compliance for the HR product suite.
Own the strategy, discovery, and implementation of a next-generation Fine-Grain Access Control (FGAC) solution.
Define the future state of data access for the enterprise HR data ecosystem.
Drive the implementation of a consistent Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) model.
Partner with eData platforms teams including OneStream, OneLake, and Snowflake to deliver technical solutions.
Enforce the principle of least privilege by controlling workforce data access by geography, sensitivity, and domain.
Protect sensitive international workforce data to ensure global compliance.
Shape the overall enterprise HR data ecosystem strategy as a key member of the People Data leadership team.
What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a Bachelor's degree in any field with 4 years of Product Management experience.
Must demonstrate proficiency in human-centered design, business focus, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership.
Must be able to own the strategy, discovery, and implementation of a next-generation Fine-Grain Access Control solution.
Must be able to drive the implementation of a consistent Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) across the enterprise HR data ecosystem.
Must be able to partner with eData platforms including OneStream, OneLake, and Snowflake.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
