Senior Manager Product Management

What you'll do

• Manage and develop a team of Product Managers through coaching, recruitment, and performance management.
• Define the long-term vision and roadmap for a portfolio of AI-assisted content intelligence products.
• Translate complex technical AI concepts into clear narratives to secure executive buy-in and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Identify and de-risk cross-team dependencies while establishing shared milestones with peer teams.
• Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI modeling to secure funding for major capital programs.
• Manage resource allocation and prioritize features based on business value, technical risk, and engineering effort.
• Establish product management standards and best practices to ensure high-quality execution across the organization.
• Navigate ambiguous problem spaces to incubate new product lines while maintaining existing automated workflows.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or an advanced technical degree (preferred).
• 10+ years of product management experience and 4+ years of formal people management experience.
• Experience managing platform products that integrate with first- and third-party cloud-based APIs and services.
• Strong understanding of the AI/ML landscape and experience applying these technologies to digital platforms or media supply chains.
• Proven ability to develop data-driven business cases focused on cost-to-benefit ratios and vendor optimization.
• Experience in the Media and Entertainment industry with exposure to the media supply chain (preferred).
• Deep understanding of Generative AI and machine learning models from a product development perspective (preferred).
