The Sr Manager, Product Management - HR Products & Data joins the HR Product and Data organization to lead the development of shared data and AI infrastructure. Lead the product vision and strategic execution for Core Intelligence onboarding to reduce friction for internal teams.
Influence the broader HR data ecosystem by delivering enterprise-grade data products, interfaces, and integration standards.
Oversee complex, cross-functional data integration efforts from initial concept through to final execution.
Develop consumer-grade experiences on a scalable, AI-ready data foundation for performance assessment and organizational planning.
What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a Bachelor's degree in any field with 4 years of Product Management experience.
Must demonstrate proficiency in human-centered design, business focus, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership.
Must be able to lead the product vision and strategic execution for core intelligence onboarding and data products.
Must be able to oversee complex, cross-functional data integration efforts from concept to execution.
Must be able to architect a robust core intelligence data layer and establish an AI-ready data ecosystem.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
